By downloading or using CV ATS ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Your content

You own the resume content you create. You're responsible for making sure it's accurate and truthful — the app helps you write and format, but it doesn't verify facts. Don't add information you can't stand behind in an interview.

AI features

AI-generated text is a starting point and can contain mistakes. Always review and edit before you rely on or send your resume. The AI is instructed never to invent experience, but you should still check every detail.

Acceptable use

• Use the app lawfully and for your own resume or one you're authorised to prepare.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI backend.
• Don't use the app to create misleading or fraudulent documents.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that using it will result in a job or interview. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
